Apparently it is not updating. I am not sure why

It seems updated now and working fine.

Is there another css file? Could I be uploading to the incorrect folder?

Could the hosting platform be influencing this?

My end it's working fine.
clean browser caching and check.

Also you can try by open this link https://myrealmobile.com/Themes/DefaultClean/Content/css/styles.css then press ctrl + F5
and then ctrl + f5 on https://myrealmobile.com/

it should work at your end also.
