Bulk Product Upload - How to Include Categories?

Hiya! I've got a product list that I've converted from XML to Excel; with almost 3,000 products, I'd really prefer not to have to group the products by category manually.  Is there anything I can add to the spreadsheet that would allow me to designate "Category"/"SubCategory"? Thanks!

Interesting - does the NopAdmin product include the NopAdmin import? I'm not quite seeing what the differences are here...?

Also - do you know if it can be set up to run automated imports/updates?
