Remove Welcome message on homepage

Hello, I would like to remove welcome message from homepage(I have already removed news from the homepage by going to Content Management News Settings and by deselecting News enabled checkbox). Instead of it I want to put an image. Thanks for any help.

GO to Admin then click on content management then topics.

In here you will see a HomePageText system name click on edit delete the the title if you don't want the title and add in an image here.
