Send in Blue Auto Synchronization not working.

Hi,
I noticed when I was checking a scheduled task that the SendinBlue plugin was not auto syncing.
When I click on Run Now I get this error.

Schedule task (Nop.Plugin.Misc.SendInBlue.Services.SendInBlueSynchronizationTask, Nop.Plugin.Misc.SendInBlue) cannot by instantiated

The manual sync seems to be working fine.
What is causing this?
