I am using nopCommerce v 1.60. I tried to add a second user to Global Administrators role (Manage Customers - Edit - Customer Roles). I don't have any error messages, user is shown on the Global Administrators list, but I can not login to adminiatration panel with this user. I tried to enable ACL lists, but no luck.
In order for a user to be able to access the administration panel, they must have the setting "Is administrator:" checked in customer details (Administration > Customers > Manage Customers > Edit Customer). ACL is used to control what they have access to once logged in.
Note that regular customers should not have this setting checked.
