Change Text on Default page

Hello Everyone
I am modifying the cart but having an issue in finding where I would change the text of the default page, and possible the payout. I can do most of what I need just by changing the text.

Currently there is a message on the default page that states "You can edit this in the admin site." Although I have yet to find where.

Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated.

"Go to Admin area > Content Management > Topics. Go to 'HomePageText' topic and edit it "

I was able to modify the text on the default page.
