Build and Publish

Maybe it's a stupid question.
But when i build and publish nop, i have all the source files instead of it being build into single dll.
I got all the cs files in all the directories.
I do have "ONLY FILES NEEDED TO RUN THIS APPLICATION" when im publishing.
What am i missing?

Could you please provide some more details ?

P.S: For publishing your website, you just need to move nopCommerceStore folder on the hosting server.

I use the   'ONLY FILES NEEDED TO RUN THIS APPLICATION' option and it does just that, dropping all the .cs  etc

look over/check your settings when you select the publish option (are you remembering to click save ? )

also,  make sure you are publishing them to a new folder
