Need to find developer for NopCommerce customization.

I'm planning to use NopCommerce to create an oline store for delivery of pizza.

It will require the following add-ons or modifications to NopCommerce:

1. CMS pages not using shop template page. (Affects:Admin & Front end) (Multi-Language)
- Home pas has 3 content areas with one of them being a slider using 4 images/Text/Buttons
- Other content pages have a 2 column layout content/sidebar
- Sidebar may show Cart
2. Postal-code pop-up
- upon entering specific page, stores customer postal code in cookie
3. Delivery Hours (Multi-Language)
- Per day of week, there are 2 delivery periods/ day
- Hours like 9h00-16h00, 19h00- 23h30
- Each day can be “off” like closed on Sunday
- each day may have none, one or custom hours
- Holydays managed by date (shop closed) - Add/Remove - using calendar
4. Postal Code Zones (Shipping Module) – (Multi-Language)
- ADMIN – Manage Add/Edit/Delete Postal Code zones
- Each zone has, Name, Cost in Euro, enabled :true/false, delivery time
- ADMIN – Manage Add/Edit/Delete Postal codes (inside each zone)
- At Check out and throughout the invoicing/order system – Postal Code adds a delivery charge as per Zone (ie : user enters postal code – price is changed for zone)
- get from cookie if present at checkout
5. Delivery Date & Time (Multi-Language)- (As per #3 – Delivery Hours)
- At checkout, dropdown used to choose delivery date (using calendar)
- At checkout, dropdown used to choose delivery time
- Time is now + delivery time as first entry + every ½ hour but not available during off hours
- Do not display holydays and Hours/Days where delivery not possible
- Manage holydays – add/remove/delete
6. Cross-sell at checkout Step#1 - (Multi-Language)
- Display 3 products – One wine, one soft drink, one water – add button/pic
- Also display More… (with preset categories – wines/drinks/water)
- Clicking add – same animation as normal add to cart
- Clicking More… takes client to that category page
7. Indicate step-of-checkout - (Multi-Language)
- Use typical line and dots to indicate the checkout steps
8. Category text color in menu and on product list page (titles & css)
- Add one extra field for category color (ie:#456789)
9. Change language via flag only (OpenCart)
10. Template/Theme (hard coded - not a installable theme needed)
- Product page (list)
- Home page (CMS)
- Content page (CMS)
- Header
- Footer
- Checkout – colors and buttons
- My Account – colors & buttons
11. Checkout - Remove Country selector – lock to Spain
12. Checkout - Remove Region/State Seletor – lock to Barcelona
13. Checkout - Remove City Filed – hard-code to Barcelona
14. Checkout & Admin - client address - Minor address form fields changes
15. Cart on product page shows content (as per Opencart or PrestaShop)
16. Cart on product page - animated when adding items (as per Opencart or PrestaShop)

Note: Note that some standard functionality is removed : Product Details page, most things on the side of pages, etc.

Note that home page needs a 'special' CMS interface.

I have full HTML and design for the look of the store, and need this ASAP.
