This question involves 301 redirects. We do a lot of those here via IIS and are quite familiar with them. Product changes, or website redesigns, etc. However, I need advice on doing one with query strings.
For example:
Old Website Url: http://www.myoldshop.com/detail.aspx?id=123
- I want to redirect the old product to:
New Website Url: http://www.myshop.com/category/63-my-nopStore-product-name.aspx
If anyone has tackled the issue before, I would appreciate your assistance.
