Error Page not showing. Only a stack page with SqlException: Invalid column name 'Count'.

Since upgrading to 4.3 this morning im now getting a stack page instead of the old page not found on broken links.

An unhandled exception occurred while processing the request.
SqlException: Invalid column name 'Count'.
System.Data.SqlClient.SqlConnection.OnError(SqlException exception, bool breakConnection, Action<Action> wrapCloseInAction)

Appsetting are
    "DisplayFullErrorStack": false.

Any one had this before or know where to check.

As per, a plugin was causing it :(
