Hi,
How do I create a second site identical to a current running site?
Configurations and Product information will stay the same. Only The store name and branding graphic is different.
Basically 2 different stores but same content and config for the same parent company.
Is there a way to import the product info? How should I approach this? Please advice. Thank you.

Take copies of the site and database files from the first installation and they are ready to go for another install.
If it's on the same host then you will need to change the name of your database, SQL username and obviously change the connection strings to match. In this case it's probably best to export information from your original database into a new one using SQL Server Management Studio. This is probably a little too complicated to go into step-by-step here, but not all that difficult really. Try googling for how-to's on SQL Server Management and read some tutorials.
