Logo in PDF and Order of lines in address

Hello,

My client is asking if it would be possible to:


1) Show his logo in PDF (when customer clicks on PDF Invoice button) when his customers generate it via their account.

2) Also, there is an issue in the address printed in PDF:

Instead of having


ABC
123 Palm Terrace
Los Angeles, California 93933
United States



noC generates it as the PDF contents as:


ABC
123 Palm Terrace
United States, California
Los Angeles, 93933



How can I fix these? is something in PDF generator module?

Any help is appreciated.

For PDF Logo Upload:
I am not sure if it's a bug, but was not able to go this in IE. I tried FireFox and it worked fine.

I am on 1.80

Thanks for the hint on PDF log.

Now, is there any fix that I can do such as replacing a module in 1.8 that can work properly as 1.9? (regarding mailing address in PDF).
