Please check (Nop.Web/Plugins/any plugin) plugins folder in any references folder created.

yes created which plugins are build it automatically created there.

Set reference properties  Copy local  => No of those plugins references and then build those plugins.
Because by default some plugins reference properties not set, So you get on solution build.
