Error when debugging the project

Hello there...
I am using NopCommerce 1.9,When i try to debug the solutions it debugs for the long time and after somer time it gives error like--
The underlying provider failed on Open.in Settingmanager.cs class

var settings = query.ToDictionary(s => s.Name.ToLowerInvariant());

please help me to solve this problem.
