Dear Support,
Oklahoma requires tax to be calculated on the shipping address which is causing the whole site to slow down. I grouped the data down to the zip code + 4 digit code like the state recommends and the total import into the Nop_TaxRate table was 578205 records. Once I truncated the table the site took off and started flying again. I think every page is trying to include tax calculations but dont know how to limited it just to the checkout pages. The tax config page in the admin tool also blows up so I have to imagine it doesn’t have paging either. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
