NOP 4.4 Site won't load because of Redis timeouts

doesn't matter what I set the connectTimeout to or setting ignoreTimeoutException to true or false.  If i set enabled to False i can load VS site.  If i set enabled to true, VS site does about a dozen 301 and then redis timeout error.

Which version are you using of 4.40 are you using, 4.40.3?
