Error trying to delete guest customers

I have a new installation of nopCommerce 4.40.3 running on Ubuntu 20.4 using MySQL. There are several guest accounts generated during testing.

An error - 'Table tmp_guestsToDelete' already exists' - is thrown when using 'Deleting guest customers' under /Admin/Common/Maintenance.

I can delete the two temp tables generated using MySQL Workbench but this does not resolve the issue as the error still occurs.

Any help would be appreciated.

It's a known issue, see details here. It'll be fixed in the next minor release (e.g. 4.40.4).
