EU Cookie Law dialog returns status 411

Since a few days ago I get the following error when I visit my eshop.
The EU cookie dialog appears and when I press OK then another dialog appears with the message Cannot store value.
This happens only in chromium based browsers. Google chrome, edge.
In firefox there is no problem.
In devtools of chrome i see the following in the console
POST https://tobraxiolaki.gr/eucookielawaccept 411

This problem appears in both version 4.4 and 4.3

Unfortunately, I can't reproduce it.

Unfortunately the only work around I found until now is to disable eu cookie
