changing Primary store currency at runtime

I know this topic a year old, but i am trying to do a similar thing...

I have noticed something here though, you haven't actually converted the currency - you're only telling paypal what currency the value you are passing is in.

Was that intended?

My problem is i simply want to have my primary store currency in USD then display and charge AUD in paypal
