dbo.Nop_Log Error

Today when I try to login in Admin Area, I get this error:

"Could not allocate space for object 'dbo.Nop_Log'.'PK_Nop_Log' in database '....' because the 'PRIMARY' filegroup is full. Create disk space by deleting unneeded files, dropping objects in the filegroup, adding additional files to the filegroup, or setting autogrowth on for existing files in the filegroup."

it sounds like your database log is full - if you are not familar with dataabse management, maybe you should contact your hosting company and ask them for assistance

just delete un-neccessory Message Queues from system tab at admin panel for this you have to load all messgae queue and delete by selecting
