Shipping Provider

All,  I need a shipping provider to do the following.
1. Based on Country/Region
2. Based on TOTAL order weight
3. Select for example 0-3kg = $xx
4. Additional kg = $xx

Very similar to one of the providers supplied, however it is required to calculate based on the Total weight.

One of the ASP shopping carts I have used, also has an interface to Australia Post Shipping calculator.  Maybe that also could be converted across by someone willing to have a go at it.
