adding product attributes

Hello,

select attribute drop down list doesn't displays any values like colour, size

on clicking the Add Attribute Button no attribute is being added

have already changed manage stock option to " track inventory for this variant by product attributes"

You need to specify the product attributes at Administration > Catalog > Attributes > Product Attributes as these values populate the "Select attribute" DDL under "Product Variant Attributes".
