Page not Found Error for a 'plugins' category page is shown on production server . But when same database is linked to localhost code then the category 'plugins' page is accessible without any problem . Things i have tried :
1. Delete / Create again the category
2. SEO name list checked
3. reinstalled the nopcommerce code with same data base
4. changed the seo name to anything else then page works but again changing it back to 'plugins' make it inaccessible with error 'Page not found'
5.restarted the app pool to clear the cache
6. cleared the cache from admin panel of nopcommerce
7. restarted the production server
8. changed the domain and used the same database with newly downloaded code of nop
Please suggest if anything else can be tried

To replicate the error on your side
1. Create a category named 'plugins' and seo name as 'plugins' and add some products .
2. check by publishing it and goto public store page of category 'plugins'. It will work for now
3. Install 2checkout Payment Plugin and enable it .
4. Check if configuration page of 2checkout plugin is working ? if yes then now goto plugins category through public store . Now it will through page-not-found error .
