Is there a link to Impersonte a specific customer?

Hi.

I have two questions regarding impersonte customer feature...

1. Is there any link to Impersonate Specific customer? I mean maybe something like this: mysite.com/impersonate-customer-id-3515 or /Admin/Customer/Edit/54655/impersonate

2. Being admin of the store, Is it possible to edit product price and delivery cost while Impersonating Customer?

No, Admin you can go to Edit a Customer and Impersonate (login) as that customer
For the second part you can only edit the order after it has been created
