Let guest customer complete the shipping address at special link...?

Sometimes there are some customers who are too lazy to create order on the site themselves, so they ask us to create order for them.

We would like to provide some unique one time link for such customer to fill all necassary fields that we need for shipping address like Name, City, Phone, E-mail address and etc. Then we would place order and convert such customer to a registered customer.

Now we do fill all that info manually which takes much time...

Are there any solutions or ideas for this?

I believe you have to develop a custom plugin for it.
You can give option on cart page like Quick Checkout Button and then do everything according to your plan.
