How to allow user to add other products to a multi-product "kit"?

I want to allow the user to purchase a 3-product kit that contains two products of his/her choice. What would be the best way to do this? As an attribute?

Avilable option at the moment is attributes, wish nopcommerce comes with option where we can pick the products for kit from the existing products.
