Global setting to disable cart

Is there a global option in nopCommerce that hides prices and cart options so that it can be used as a catalog or showcase only? From what I've read you can disable the Buy Button on a per product basis, but since it will be used as a showcase only (for now anyway) it would sure be great to turn the cart on or off with a single click ;-)
