Installation ID

Hi There,

We are getting an error due to Installation ID being blank.

Can you please advise where we can view our Worldpay installation ID?

What version of nopCommerce?
Is the WorldPay plugin a third party plugin?  I would expect that they would have a field for the ID on the plugin's configuration page.

We are using version 4.30, and having looked into the plugin's configuration page we cannot find this anywhere. We have bought this extension from here https://www.nopcommerce.com/.

there should be a configure page.

Notice that the instructions on the configuration page say:
   Worldpay instance ID is also known as installation ID
