Installation fails on Postgres DB initialization

I'm receiving the following error when I fill in all of the fields on the installation screen

Setup failed: 42P01: relation "Store" does not exist POSITION: 23
The Postgres database is created but no tables are created.

docker pull nopcommerceteam/nopcommerce
Container running on Server
PostgreSQL 14 running on Host machine
user: nopadmin (can login; superuser; create roles; inherit rights;)
Database created in Postgresql both prior/as part of to install

any solution

Got the same issue when I tried to re-install NopCommerce with PostgreSQL, I deleted the db first, then tried to run Nop installation, then got this error message, any solution for that? thanks.
