Customer getting other customer's all details including info , orders and address

I am using Nop3.8 and one of the customer having all details from other customer and that also changed from one customer to other m I have checked all the relevant information in database but there is no connection or missing any data but mentioned customer having wrong details

do you have a customized project or any 3rd plugin that can be responsible for such behavior

You may need a Machine Key.  (Search the forums; it's been discussed in the past.)
