When do we need to recompile ? And how do we use the InsertLog function ?

For the Canadian Moneris modification

- I had to recompile the Nop.Payment.Moneris.dll because I modified the HostedPaymentProcessor.cs file. I recompiled since I could not see it on the server.

- I also need to modify the MonerisHostedPaymentReturn.aspx.cs file that I see on the server.

Since I see the MonerisHostedPaymentReturn.aspx.cs file on the server, is copying the new file to the server will do the trick or do I need to recompile something for it to be integrated into the webserver files ?

AND

How can I use the InsertLog from the NopSolutions.NopCommerce.BusinessLogic.Audit namespace to log the moneris response sent back to us to see what the problem is and to trace where the code fails ...

Please Help an old vb6 programmer having difficulties with C# learning !

Any help on this please ? Newbie here ... I want to trace the moneris response and I don't know how on a web site ...
