Random Error - Product Is Not Published

Some of the users of my site are getting an error at checkout that stops the entire process.  Product is not published.  I have reviewed the products in question and they are in fact published.  Not everyone who goes thorough the process of putting the item into their cart is getting this message.  Of course when I repeat the process, I don't get the error.

Does anyone have any clue about what is happening?

Could you please provide a complete list of steps to reproduce?
What nopCommerce version? Are any themes, third-party plugins (especially for checkout process), customizations?

I am using version 4.3 with nopAccelerate's Client Web API plugin to add item into the shopping cart from another interface.

Are you using any type of special caching?  (Redis?)
