What does this error mean? E-mail not valid

nopCommerce version 3.90

Some of my clients complaint receiving this error: Email not valid!

Tried it myself, for some reason I get this error using @yandex.ru mail, but some of them with @yandex.ru work fine, some not... If I use other emails like gmail.com or mail.ru it also works fine...

Can you please explain what is the problem? And what do the errors mean? How to fix this?

Check that the Order's Addresses (both Billing and Shipping) have an Email.

Note that validation is done via the regex defined here:

As per my understanding it might be issue with SMTP server of the webmail you are using . You can check it on any online smtp checking site to insure its wokring correctly.
