upgrade from 4.3 to 4.5

Where I can download the SQL upgrade scripts from 4.3 to 4.4? I can not find it on the nop site

Under each version here is v4.4.0

There is no script from v4.4 to v4.5 as it is done via internal migration

I downloaded the v4.4 UpgradeScripts.zip, but it does not contain the sql scripts, just a readme.txt
How can I upgrade from v4.3 to v4.4?
