Add Onclick Javascript in Admin dashboard Topics of Nopcommerce 4.5

Hi,

I am trying to add onclick in Topics Page but its getting disabled
For example - I want to add this line in one of my topic page
<span class="dot" onclick="currentSlide(2)"></span>
but After I save the page, the line automatically changes to
<span class="dot"></span>

Please help me with the same
