I tried with a fresh install, default theme and new reCaptcha key v3 on the contact page, but it does not work for me. I checked the code and looks good to me, the js function is implemented on the back-end. However, when I try to submit the form on the Contact page the page is refreshed and I am getting an exception about reCaptcha key. Please could you assist. I tried different things, but is the same. Regards.

However, it works with version 2. I just did some tests with version 2 and 3 and for me it works only with version 2.

Are you using a theme ?
If so try the DefaultClean theme and see if you still have the issue
