Is there a filter show positive stock only?

NC 3.90

Is there any filter to show only products which match following conditions:
Inventory method: Track inventory
Stock quantity: 145
Display availability: Yes

Or is it possible to add such filter in _FilterSpecsBox.cshtml? Can we do it without touching the source code?
