nopCommerce 4.30 is very slow. how to make it faster?

i use mistakely nopCommerce version 4.30
it is very slow
i tried to disable all unnecessary things, i use like ignore acl, discounts and so, switched on minify css and js
but my site is very slow

i have vps
cpu 4*2.2
ram 2 gbs
ssd 50 gbs

i have only one site on my vps
about 200 products and my site very slow
it takes sometimes about a minute to open the home page and more to open admin side
what could the problem be?

also, will it help if i upgrade to nopCommerce 4.60?
can you please tell me how to upgrade scripts? I don't really understand
please give me detailed instructions how to make upgrade to version nc 4.60?
i need deatailed steps
