Partly shipment of order

Hi there.

How do I partly ship an order in NOP-commerce?
If only a part of the order can be delivered, how do i make an invoice on only that part - and capture only that amount of money from the costumer?

I assume Customers Dont make payment when they purchase ?

You need to manually adjust the order for only the items that are shipped – then create a new invoice and make payment
Then if they still want to order the other items you need to manually create a new order for the remaining items

Otherwise you need to customise to do all this automatically based on the shipments
Or there are some plugins that could do it

There maybe some other plugins which would do it ?

I have a shipping plugin which has a lot of enhancements for shipping and shipment management including editing shipments, packaging and multiple warehouse functions. It also interfaces with SendCloud Api to create shipments and labels.

I could add some custom functions to do the above and split orders and re-invoice based on the shipments created.

What version of nopCommerce are you using ?

nopCommerce does not directly support "Capture when shipped", and even if did, the "partial shipping" is problematic, because there's only one shipping charge (and possible payment fee) for the entire order. (So when would you capture that?)
