Start date end date issue in nop comm 4.60.2

step to reproduct issue:
admin --> catalog --> add new  Product -->  enter Available start date   as ' 4/4/2023 12:00 AM '-->   enter Available end date ' 4/1/2023 12:00 AM ' --> clik on save button .  Product is saving..

But, end date should not be less than start date.
we have to restrict kendo date time picker --->  to take end date less then start date
not this page only we get the same issue in admin -> promotion --> discount page  and another pages also

Give clearity for above issue

Its up to admin to set any values for dates.
