how to make 2 site one with tax and one without

I have try to make 2 site like this
demo.nopshop.oc.il is with tax (17%) for exmple
demo1.nopshop.co.il with 0 tax
i want to use same catalog for bout site
I have add a sample product in the home page with tax
login is the default nopcommerce credential ([email protected] ,admin)
On cart page i need
demo.nopshop.co.il will show tax 17%
and demo1.nopshop.co.il and product price will be no tax will show tax 0%
I  try to make it but i think nopcommerce out of the box, not able to do it
can some one try to make it , you can edit in the demo site to show

The Manual - Fixed ... Tax provider allows for setting different Percentage per Store / Tax-Category.

The Manual - Fixed ... Tax provider is per contry and i dont care about country
i try to make with it and do not see the change.

they have implement it in nopcommerce
any one who think he can implement it can try make the chnage in the demo site

It looks like it's working to me...
If I "buy in regular store", I see tax 312
If I buy in Eliat store, I see tax 0

the link site i give is not my site,i give it as an example of how I want to do the same.
I want to know if they do it with the nopcommerce tax rule or if they write costume code

It can be achieved with some simple customization, there could be multiple ways to achieve this via customization.

I don't see why this can't be achieved using Manual (Fixed or By Country/State/Zip), since it has Store field.   How many Countries do you need to collect tax for?  If only one, then just select it.  If for several, then set up a record for each one.  If many, then you could customize the plugin to ignore country.

I do not want see the price with tax Only in checkout when choose country
I want to see it in product page
Since i try and not achive i find store who.made it with nopcommetce  1pc.co.il
and if some can do same
