Shipping Problem by Values

Hi,

I am having an issue wether I'm just stupid or it doesnt work.

I would like to have Shipping by Zip Code and Weight and I dont know if it will work or even if its already integrated.

e.g. Zip Code beginns with: 6 and the customer orders Products for 150KG/300Lbs then the Price should be 50,00 Shipping
e.g. Zip Code beginns with: 6 and the customer orders Products for 250KG/500Lbs then the Price should be 70,00 Shipping
e.g. Zip Code beginns with: 5 and the customer orders Products for 150KG/300Lbs then the Price should be 30,00 Shipping

Any suggestions how to solve this?
