Search issue in all setting

Hi,
Can somebody assist me?
When searching for a setting in the "All Settings" tab and adding a space before the setting name or value, sometimes I am unable to discover the desired result; nevertheless, when we looked for records without a space before the name or value, we were successful.

Perform the substring search in the following manner.
If you're a developer, you can Trim() the submitted search value to perform the substring search without any additional space before or after. However, if you're not a developer, you can simply search without adding any extra space before or after the search value.
