When I am trying to run schedule task on live server Keep alive is not running. It give me error
The "Keep alive" scheduled task failed with the "One or more errors occurred. (Response status code does not indicate success: 403 (Forbidden).)" error (Task type: "Nop.Services.Common.KeepAliveTask, Nop.Services". Store name: "Cast Bullet Association Store". Task run address: "https://yourStore.com/scheduletask/runtask").

Is there anyone who have any idea regarding this issue. Please help me.

Regarding above Store settings, specifically check that you have correct URL including https:// prefix (or http:// if not using SSL), and have a "/" suffix - e.g.,  https://yourstore.com/

Does the error occur when you manually run the Task?  (Or only when it runs per schedule)?

Are you using a  content delivery network (CDN)?  In this case, temporarily disable your CDN and then check your site to see if it works.

" 403 (Forbidden)" could be related to an IIS setting.

My hosting is IONOS and I get this error message:
A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond. (mynamestore.com:443)

mynamestore is obviously not the name of my store, it's just the example.

@angelru Kindly tell the steps you have done for fixing this issue.

I have not solved the problem, it is still there.
