nopcommerce plugins (template & theme)

Hi all,
It's my first time to install plugin (template & theme for this time).
When I about to checkout, it asks me to enter a valid domain. I'm not building this site locally first.
So I only use my local iis for now. In this case, how can I get plugins? (it seems like almost all plugins require a valid domain.

One more question is that. If I use 4.6 version, only the plugins with the version of 4.6 can be installed?
