Plugin template is not showing in VS2022

I have found the instructions to have nop plugin template in above link.

I simply copy both .zip and extracted folder into

both
C:\Users\{username}\Documents\Visual Studio 2022\Templates\ProjectTemplates   or
C:\Users\erick\Documents\Visual Studio 2022\Templates\ProjectTemplates\Visual C# folders.

But I still don't see plugin template in VS 2022. cannot search 'nop' and couldn't find it by scrolling it down.

am I missing something?

The idea of using a template maybe a good option but in most cases I believe it is just as easy to copy and paste and rename an existing plugin that has similar functionality to what you need
i.e. Payment, Shipping or Misc Type
