Cannot install NopCommerce.

Sql Server 2022
Sql Server Management studio 19.1
IIS 10.0....
Visual Studio Community Edition 2022
Clean new install, there are no error messages in the console that starts up after entering all the data in the login screen after for the first time, succesfully firing up NopCommerce into the webbrowser from out Visual Studio.
The error message I get from the screen you get in your browser after a succesful launch of the NopCommerce application from out Visual Studio, is that there was a Time-Out ?!

Can anyone assist help, I have spent a certain amount of time already on trying to get NopCommerce up and running....

So you were not able to complete the Install and get the error ?
This is probably a time out connecting to SQL Server
Is the SQL Server on the same computer as Visual Studio
Are you using Username/Password or Windows Authentication ?
Can you connect to the SQL Server using SSMS ?

Check if connection string is correct in the appsettings.json
