Install nopcommerce locally

Hello,
we need to install the nop commerce locally, and deploy regularly to aws elastic beanstalk, we are required to continuously make changes to the nop codebase, so installing into the server is not suitable to us. How can we achive this, because we are having issues such as after deploying to the server, the install page is shown again, and what we want is to have already installed locally version to be on the server.

The Install page is only shown if there is no appsettings.json configuration file in  /App_Data
So don't delete this file when you upload
If your local version has the config  copy that file to the server
