NopCommerce 4.5 Install Error

Hello,
I'm trying to install NopCommerce 4.5 version on Windows hosting, but I'm getting an error. I own the server and Plesk is installed on the server. But no matter what I did, I kept getting errors.
Below are screenshots of the errors I received. How can I open this problem?
I installed .net core 6 runtime and hosting bundle. I installed x86 and x64. While publishing in Visual Studio, I did both x86 and x64, but the problem did not change, I always got the same problem. Can you help with this?

You may need to check and edit the web.config file for a non installed handler - Maybe WebDAV ?

If this is not the issue - in that same post turn on StdOut error logging

If I enable SSL and HTS in the Plesk panel, the website does not work. If I make it passive, this time I need to make it True to run in IIS, pool and 32 bit. It was such a ridiculous situation.
