Impersonating customer has locked because of password rest, help

In impersonating a customer, system is locked with renew password of user, help, how to stop!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Open the browser in incognito / in private mode.
Log in as administrator and go to the customer's list and edit and change the password for the other customer.
